SCHOOL FEES REGULATION

  • Parents have to make satisfactory arrangements for remittance of school fees within due dates without waiting for any reminder from the school.
  • Parents are requested to make online payment through School App to enable the transactions in non-cash mode as per CBSE guidelines ref no. CBSE/SECY/SPS/2016 dated 10-12-2016.
  • The session fees can be paid in two instalments with the April and August fees respectively.
  • The whole year’s fees must be paid. No deductions in the fees will be made for vacations or broken period in school.
  • Fees must be paid by 10th of every month if late, a fine of Rs. 50 per month will be charged.
  • Students will not be permitted to appear for examinations unless all dues are cleared. Parents must accept these rules and no arguments will be entertained from defaulter parents.
  • Tuition fees outstanding for 3 months will render the enrolment suspended. Suspended enrolments will no longer guarantee re-admission. It will depend on the availability of seat.
  • The school reserves the right to revise the fees at anytime of the session if deemed necessary.
  • Reapplying will be treated as a fresh enrolment, processing of such applications will be subject to clearance of all outstanding dues, penalty amount and repayment of enrolment fee.
  • Parents are eligible for a sibling discount of Rs. 5000/- in the school fees (will be adjusted in Annual fees) of the second and third child.
  • During the new admission, second/third sibling will be eligible for a discount of Rs. 5000/- in admission fees only at the time of admission.
  • Fee once paid is not refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future.
  • One-time refundable security deposit, Rs. 3000/- for existing students and Rs. 5000/- for new students will be charged as Caution money.
